The Pineridge 48’ is a mid-sized two-story post and beam building design aimed at maximizing efficiency. This space is ready for your custom floor plan! Behind two Classic Equine steel-framed breezeway doors, you’ll find a main level ready for stables, garage, a workshop to practice your craft, or a combination of the three.
A set of Douglas fir stairs leads to the 1,728 sq. ft. loft with two full-length shed dormers with Andersen windows to maximize functional space and natural lighting. With no load bearing walls, you’ll have no trouble designing a living space that’s just right for you and your family.
The Pineridge comes standard with HardiePanel composite siding (cedar shown).
