Custom Features:

This horse barn with living quarters in Cornelius, Oregon, is a perfect example of our ability to personalize any building kit! Our client started with an Oakridge 36′ Apartment Barn Kit as their base model and transformed this design into a post and beam structure that meets their lifestyle needs. With the help of our designers, our client added two Nantucket dormers and covered shed roofs to the left and right sides of their structure, a shed roof cover over their upstairs deck, and timber trusses on the Nantucket dormers and gable sides. We outfitted the ground-level horse barn with two horse stalls complete with Dutch doors leading to covered turnouts and Classic Equine European Series Low Rise 4000 stall fronts. Our client can also take advantage of two dog kennels, a tack room, and a hay storage area in the downstairs space. Our client voiced their desire to include eco-friendly features in this apartment barn, which exist in the form of skylights and a solar panel installation that powers their electric vehicle charging station. Additional custom details include the implementation of a 4′ x 4′ cupola with windows and Classic Equine breezeway doors with quad glass tops and cross bucks.
