Project Summary:
Based on our Pendleton Shed Row Barn Kit, this timber frame structure offers an efficient and attractive storage space for operational supplies. Located in the Teháma Carmel residential community, this barn is one of four structures we designed for the property, including a riding arena, a six-stall horse barn with living quarters, and a four-stall horse barn with a loft area.
This 1,056 sq. ft. barn design features numerous upgrades like our heavy timber roof upgrade and Andersen 400 Series window package for an enhanced rustic aesthetic. Like the other buildings we crafted for the property, this structure includes our WUI high fire upgrade, pre-stained siding materials, and a Hunter Panel roof insulation system for improved building performance. We clad this structure with our signature cedar board and batten siding and outfitted it with custom Portland Millwork man doors that provide a unique visual element. Our designers also raised the building height, added tongue and groove wall coverings to the interior, and revised the sample floor plan to fit a sizable storage space and tack room.
