Adorably named White Willow Meadows, this venue sits on a serene property accompanied by two other structures, including a restored dairy farm that doubles as an overnight rental and a charming florist shop where guests can easily purchase gifts for the newlyweds.
This remarkable wedding venue comes in at 15,000 square feet, with the main level encompassing nearly 10,000 square feet of conditioned space. Inside the venue, a stunning main hall with exposed timber framing, two-story high ceilings, and white-clad walls offers an exquisite space that looks straight out of a Disney Princess movie. On one end of the hall, a bar with a live-edge countertop offers full-service capabilities, while sliding barn doors on the opposite end lead to a large breakout room designed for lounging. Directly outside the main hall, you’ll also find a prep kitchen, ADA bathrooms, storage rooms, and an office with a conference room.
A gorgeous open-riser staircase in the main hall leads to the second-story loft, where a bride’s quarters with a six-person vanity, an attached full bathroom, and a 299 sq. ft. deck await the bridal party. A balcony, open to the main hall, below sits right outside the suite, making the bridal procession feel incredibly magical and regal once the ceremony begins.

Custom Features:
This custom wedding and event venue features a plethora of custom features, from its gorgeous, exposed timber frame to its modern farmhouse-style siding and trim. Our client started with a custom design, working with the design team to create a venue concept suited to their vision. To bring their dream venue to life, our team incorporated features like a grand covered entryway and a covered patio in the back that add sophistication and utility to the exterior. We also included Hardie Statement Collection siding in Arctic White, with black trim around the venue’s vast array of Andersen 100 series windows. Additional custom features include the addition of an interior beam and purlin roof system, a 299 sq. ft. deck with Trex decking, sliding quad-glass barn doors, and Douglas fir tongue and groove siding material throughout.
