Located just steps from their main residence, this 1,040 sq. ft. pavilion takes full advantage of its high-desert surroundings, offering a stunning backdrop for relaxation in every season.

This pavilion was tailored to reflect our clients’ vision, with premium upgrades and thoughtful details throughout. The extended 16’ x 48’ footprint creates 1,040 square feet of comfortable outdoor living space, while VELUX skylights flood the interior with natural light and elevate its character. A built-in stone fireplace serves as the centerpiece, adding warmth and elegance, and the timber and siding components were pre-stained to complement the main residence.
