Adapted from our Oakridge 60’ Apartment Barn Kit, the 6,449 sq. ft. home includes a spacious 1,440 sq. ft. garage area with six aluminum glass doors, plus a cozy lobby that connects to a recreation room, a single-car garage, a full bathroom, and a covered outdoor living space wrapping two sides of the building.
Upstairs, a beautiful four-bedroom retreat awaits. The second-story living quarters feature a 432 sq. ft. deck, a private balcony off the primary suite, and an enclosed lounge ideal for small business meetings or intimate dinners. Together, these features create a residence that seamlessly blends natural surroundings, architectural sophistication, and indoor-outdoor living under one inspiring roof.

In addition to its impressive interior selections, this post-and-beam barndominium boasts dozens of custom features that make it unique—not just to these clients, but to our entire gallery of Oakridge models. To bring their vision of a one-of-a-kind space to life, we designed this structure with gorgeous window walls and modern garage doors that flood the interior with natural light, adding a contemporary edge to its classic barn-style exterior.
The floor plan was modified to include an expansive garage area and a recreational room on the main level—all separated by the entryway and a lobby with a full bathroom. An engineering upgrade removed columns in the garage area, allowing greater flexibility for workshops, group yoga, or fun gatherings. To complete the look, our designers established a timeless aesthetic foundation with heavy timber shed roofs, Douglas fir ceilings, cedar board and batten siding, and signature barn-style details that define its striking final design.
