Behind two Classic Equine steel-framed breezeway doors, you’ll find a main level ready for stables, garage, a workshop to practice your craft, or a combination of the three!
A set of Douglas fir stairs leads to the 864 sq. ft. loft with two full-length shed dormers with Andersen windows to maximize functional space and natural lighting. With no load bearing walls, you’ll have no trouble designing a living space that’s just right for you and your family.
The Pineridge comes standard with HardiePanel composite siding (cedar shown).

This barn with living quarters was adapted from the Oakridge apartment barn kit. Sustainable upgrades like solar panels and lots of skylights make this an efficient and attractive space.
This backyard party barn boasts an upgraded 12′ x 12′ deck, man cave and custom bar. Exposed Douglas fir beams and traditional timber frame stairs add a touch of elegance to this modified Oakridge kit.
This modified Oakridge saw a big upgrade to the design with a 600 sq. ft. covered deck. On the first floor, a large garage with plenty of space to store equipment; above, a spacious, open-concept living space.
