This barn kit in Pleasanton, California has been transformed into a remarkable three-bedroom home with three-and-a-half bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, and beautiful exposed heavy timbers. These clients started with our Columbia 60′ barn kit model and made a number of modifications including the addition of two 48′ dormers, widening the building from 36′ to 40′, and removing a post to create a more open living space.

The main level features a large open great room with soaring vaulted ceilings centered around a gas fireplace. A modern kitchen with an island serves a dedicated dining area. All three bedrooms in this home are located on the ground floor, and each has a private en suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes two walk-in closets and a spacious four-piece bathroom with custom built-ins. Upstairs, there’s a spacious gaming loft and a storage and mechanical room.
