Based on our Shasta RV Barn Kit, this barn-style structure features a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, a heavy-duty RV garage, and panoramic views of the high desert region from its whopping 600 sq. ft. deck. The first floor includes 12′ x 14′ overhead garage doors that create a drive-through RV garage bay, along with a 10′ x 12′ door for vehicle and outdoor equipment access. Upstairs, you’ll find an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area complete with expertly crafted heavy timber ceilings, transom windows, and a window wall with a sliding patio door. From their living space and primary bedroom, our clients can step out onto a 600 sq. ft. deck with a striking gable cover that features a large king post truss. An exterior staircase provides access to and from the second story, while a small enclosed shed roof directly adjacent to it offers additional storage space inside the garage.
