With its sophisticated bar, entertainment lounge, modern kitchen, and six comfortable bedrooms, this customized Oakridge 60′ Apartment Barn Kit offers everything you could ask for in a luxurious overnight stay. We crafted this structure and others on the property in collaboration with DC Builders, who oversaw framing and general contracting for this one-of-a-kind residential development.
Inside, guests can experience an exciting array of communal amenities, including a stunning six-seater bar with flat-screen TVs, a sleek kitchen with a large island, a pool table, multiple dining tables, and a comfy lounge area on the main level. ADA bathrooms adjoin the shared space. Behind the bar, general and cold storage rooms help keep the drinks flowing and the food fresh for every occasion.
Upstairs, six bedrooms, including two bunk rooms, rival those in the main house, with their high tongue and groove ceilings and contemporary fixtures creating the perfect mix of modern and rustic styles. Each bedroom boasts a private bathroom, except for the bunk rooms, which share a full bathroom. From the hall, guests can also access a shared laundry room and a massive, covered deck that overlooks the hardscaped pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit area outside.
