Delta Coves Community Center

Bethel Island, CA5,202 Sq. Ft.

Project Summary:

Centrally located in the beautiful Delta Coves neighborhood in Bethel Island is the brand-new Island Camp — a massive community center designed to serve as the social hub for residents of the new home community. This recreational development combines several of our pre-engineered building kits to form a large structure with all the amenities one could dream of in their own private residential club. The main building consists of a 2,642 sq. ft. club room, a 1,767 sq. ft. fitness facility, a 1,723 sq. ft. open-air picnic pavilion, and a 793 sq. ft. restroom area, with a 7,927 sq. ft. veranda connecting the units. Detached from the main community center are a 378 sq. ft. pool equipment room, a custom heavy timber pavilion, and an 892 sq. ft. movement studio intended for low-impact exercises.
