This barn-style home planned for development in Fallbrook, California is based on the Hawthorne Barn Home Kit. Custom modifications to this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom design include a reimagining of the downstairs floor plan with a large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area looking out over a fully enclosed front porch. An extra private entry with French doors was also added to the ground floor master suite. Our standard cedar board and batten siding was switched out for low-maintenance HardiePlank fiber cement lap siding.
