PROJECT SUMMARY:

This massive shed row stable we designed for our client in Goleta, California can house up to eighteen horses. Our design team worked with this client to expand our Pendleton horse barn kit into a stunning estate with an elevated viewing room and dozens of equestrian amenities. The floor plan includes two wash bays, two large tack rooms, a feed room, laundry, two powder rooms, and plenty of practical storage. The second-level viewing room includes a bar for events and entertaining.

Each horse stall includes a European-style stall front, a Dutch window, grill top stall partitions, ComfortStall equine flooring, and chew protection. Each stall also opens to a covered arcade with horse-safe rubber pavers.
