This horse barn with a high-clearance garage and a spacious hayloft in Snohomish, Washington is based on our Oakridge Apartment Barn Kit. Coming in at 3,366 sq. ft., this two-story structure features two horse stalls, a tack room, a powder room, and a drive-through garage bay on the main level. The sidewalls were raised to accommodate a 10′ x 12′ overhead door on one end. Upstairs, a full loft with plenty of windows and a functional hayloft door is a perfect space for parties, gatherings, and storage.

Custom Features:
This horse barn in Snohomish, Washington, features several of our available upgrades, including Classic Equine barn end doors and Dutch doors with cross bucks and a gable dormer add-on. We raised the sidewalls and added a 10′ x 12′ overhead door on the main level to accommodate a garage bay adjacent to the barn. We also added two horse stalls, a tack room, and a powder room to the main barn, with the 9′ x 9′ overhead door offering access to the center breezeway aisle. Additionally, our client decided to convert the optional second story living space into a truly stunning loft that doubles as a hay storage area and event space.
