Project Summary:
When these clients from Snoqualmie Pass, Washington, came to us with a concept for a three-story cabin design, our in-house design team developed a one-of-a-kind building kit to meet their unique needs. The lower level includes a 12′ x 32′ one-car garage, a mudroom with access to the main level, a laundry room, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the open-concept living area features a great room with a wood stove and vaulted ceilings, a modern kitchen, and a dining area with built-in bench seating. A large bedroom, another full bathroom, and a large covered deck round out the first story. A bonus loft with bunk beds and another covered cedar deck provides additional room for children or guests. Custom Features:
This custom building kit in Snoqualmie Pass, Washington, is a three-story cabin design brimming with originality. Inside this cabin, you’ll find floor-to-ceiling pine tongue and groove wall and ceiling coverings that give the place an authentic cabin appearance. Transom windows above the living room fill the space with natural light, illuminating the knotty pine details in the main living space and upstairs loft. There’s also a spacious cedar deck with a gable deck cover above the one-car garage and entryway and a small cantilevered deck in the back outside the loft area.
