Project Summary:
The phrase “Less is more” applies here! With this 5,000 sq. ft. garage and shop in Sandy, Oregon, our clients transformed our Union Event Barn Kit into a simple yet attractive clear-span structure that offers ample vehicle storage, recreational space, and tinkering capabilities all in one.
With this custom build, our clients decided to expand the size of their Union 48′ to accommodate a 50′ x 100′ floor plan. Adding three garage bays for their vehicles and equipment, they set aside the remaining space for recreational purposes, including batting practice.
Additional features inside this garage and shop, like its Douglas fir tongue and groove wall coverings and clerestory windows, contribute to its undeniable appeal. Outside, our signature cedar board and batten siding and black window trim give the exterior a classic rustic appearance.
