Custom Features:
This Colorado barn home deviates slightly from our standard Concordia Barn Home Kit, with minor adjustments made to the interior and exterior spaces. For instance, our client replaced the standard cedar board and batten siding with Woodtone RusticSeries Lap siding. They also opted for tongue and groove pine ceilings and self-supplied windows and doors for their building package. Additionally, this client decided to extend the width of their home by 4′ and add a Sellwood Garage Kit for covered vehicle storage. As a result, our client can enjoy a unique home that achieves their project needs while keeping the character of our original Concordia.
