Based on our Sellwood 36′ Garage Kit, this spacious covered garage offers secure and efficient lodging for our client’s ATVs. With ample room for their outdoor toys and miscellaneous storage, this garage offers multi-purpose capabilities within a simple yet attractive indoor space. A heavy timber awning spanning the structure’s length offers additional covered room, and with the bay doors open, our client can enjoy an even brighter and bigger interior. Attached to the sidewall is a small utility room — perfect for those smaller but bulky items. Additionally, small picture windows opposite the garage doors offer optimal natural light while enhancing the overall look of the structure.

Custom Features:
This ATV storage garage stays true to our Sellwood 36’ Garage Kit for the most part, but with upgraded engineering to increase the width. An expanded shed roof over the front side of the garage provides additional coverage, while 2’ corbels on the gable ends add to its rustic appearance. Additionally, we added a 2” x 6” stud wall and Douglas Fir ceiling coverings to its design. All windows and doors feature Pella Reserve products, creating a cohesive look with the rest of the buildings on the property.
