Modified from our Washington Timber Home Kit, this magnificent ranch home in Bradley, California, offers a first-of-its-kind glimpse into what we can achieve for clients with ambitious residential goals! Crafted in collaboration with DC Builders, this timber frame home is one of six structures we designed and prefabricated exclusively for this property.

The main level opens to a gorgeous living space with massive timber trusses, tongue and groove ceilings, and custom chandeliers overhead. A large stone fireplace adds elegance and warmth to the room, while a gridded window wall with hinged patio doors gives the space a bright and open feeling. Adjacent to the great room is a modern kitchen with two-tone cabinetry, a large island, and a cozy dining nook. Through a hallway between the dining room and kitchen, you’ll find a walk-in pantry, a half bathroom, a mud/laundry room, and a two-car garage.

From a second hallway nearest the fireplace, our clients can access three bedrooms with private bathrooms, including their primary bedroom suite. Again, large timber trusses, a stone fireplace, and gridded windows make a sizeable difference in the primary bedroom, creating a dreamy rustic retreat custom-tailored to our client’s vision. Rough-sawn lumber lines the walls of the bathrooms and hallway, introducing a Western element that perfectly complements this home’s modern ranch-style design. Additionally, heavy timber components outside the home add to its subtle grandeur, with a covered timber frame entryway and patio contributing to its boundless visual appeal and sophistication.
