Customized from our Hawthorne Barn Home Kit, this heavy timber retreat highlights the flexibility of our pre-engineered packages. Working closely with our design team, the client tailored their floor plan to fit their lifestyle, adding multiple outdoor living spaces and expanding the primary suite. This custom home features a timber-framed entryway, inspired by our Rainier Timber Home Kit, and a 464 sq. ft. partially covered deck. To create its dedicated guest quarters, the second-story bedrooms were relocated to the basement, which includes two bedrooms, a shared bath, and a living room that opens directly to a covered patio.
