Project Summary:
Coming in at just over 1,000 square feet, this small but lovely cabin in Fort Collins, Colorado, is based on our McKenzie cabin kit. These clients took the original one bedroom, one bathroom design and added a one-car attached garage to create an all-inclusive structure. Additional modifications include relocating the kitchen, fully enclosing the bedroom, and adding a skylight above the storage loft.

Custom Features:
Based on our McKenzie Cabin Kit, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom home combines the efficiency of our original model with the utility of a one-car garage and loft add-on. Our designers extended the gable roof to accommodate a 12′ x 24′ garage area and added a 10′ shed dormer for aesthetic appeal over the garage door. We also added a 9′ x 24′ loft space above the kitchen and bathroom and included metal railing for added protection and a skylight for improved natural lighting.
