Oregon Winery Building

Oregon Winery Building
Salem, OR5,790 Sq. Ft.

Project Summary:

This simple but mighty structure in Salem, Oregon, is home to Evesham Wood — a winery known for the stellar vintages of pinot noir, chardonnay, and more. Based on a Voyager 96′ Garage and Workshop Kit, this arena-style building uses 60′ angle-iron steel trusses to create an expansive clear span production space. The structure features select-grade cedar board and batten siding with cedar trim and fascia. It also boasts a 12′ x 36′ covered shed and massive 14′ x 16′ sliding barn doors that conceal a standard overhead door.

Custom Features:

Modified from our Voyager 96′ Garage and Workshop Kit, this clear span structure serves as a fully-equipped production space for the Evesham Wood winery in Salem, Oregon. We raised the sidewalls from the standard 16′ to 18′ and added a 12′ x 36′ covered shed to the design. We also incorporated numerous Andersen 100 Series sliding, single-hung, and clerestory windows to enhance the natural lighting inside the space. Unlike our standard Voyager, this commercial production space does not come with five garage bays. Instead, we designed this structure with one garage bay at the front of the building, with 16′ x 14′ sliding barn doors covering the standard overhead garage door that leads into the impressive workspace.
