Adapted from our Sellwood Garage Kit, this three-car garage in Portland, Oregon, blends perfectly with our client’s home and natural surroundings. We designed this pre-engineered building kit with Woodtone ColorSelect lap siding and soffit, giving it a modern and sophisticated appearance tailored to its Pacific Northwest location.
With 1,064 square feet of configurable space, this garage kit provides ample room for vehicles, ATVs, outdoor equipment, and even a few kayaks. Upgraded scissor trusses create its unique curved ceilings, delivering an interior space that looks and feels much larger than your standard garage.

This customized Sellwood features several upgrades that make it distinct in our line-up. For instance, our clients decided to incorporate Woodtone ColorSelect siding and soffit to complement their existing home. They also opted for upgraded trusses that create arched ceilings inside their garage space. We extended the original building model by 14′ to accommodate a 1,064 sq. ft. garage area and modified the roof pitch to 5/12. We also delivered a site plan for this building—complete with basic utility layouts and building placements.
