This beautiful backyard pavilion kit sits on a wonderful property looking out over Great Sacandaga Lake in upstate New York. The heavy timber framed structure features four 16′ queen post trusses, oversized 10″ x 10″ Douglas fir posts and 8″ x 14″ beams.
Pennsylvania Pool House Kit
This charming pool house in York, Pennsylvania is built from our Sellwood 36′ garage and workshop kit. To create a custom outbuilding that was just right for them, these clients opted out of the dormers that come standard with the Sellwood and added a shed roof off the back for additional square footage.
