This mid-sized Oakridge package offers a combined 3,456 sq. ft. of space, with the first floor serving as a garage, workshop or barn, and the top floor providing a comfortable and easily modified living space.
The Oakridge 48′ kit relies on the proven method of post and beam construction, which is renowned for its durability and resistance to the elements. Additionally, the use of heavy timbers means that fewer load-bearing walls are required, making for dramatically open interiors. All kits come standard with two steel-framed breezeway doors, a 12′ x 12′ deck and a classic cedar cupola.
