Our Meridian comes in six standard sizes, ranging from 30′ x 48′ to 40′ x 72.’ No matter what you have planned for your personalized barndominium, our team is here to help you achieve your unique vision while delivering a superior alternative to traditional pole barn or steel-framed barndominium kits.

This 30′ x 48′ structure is a two-story barndominium that offers 727 sq. ft. of conditioned living space. Adjacent to the living space is a 713 sq. ft. garage, which offers two garage bays for easy and secure vehicle storage.
Meridian 60'
Our Meridian 30′ x 60′ features a 907 sq. ft. conditioned living space and an 893 sq. ft. garage. Depending on your needs, our design team can help you add an upstairs loft or enclosed second-story space to your barndominium building.
Meridian 72'
This 30′ x 72′ barndominium kit boasts a larger floor plan than our 30′ x 60′ package, with this building including a 1,073 sq. ft. garage and a 1,087 sq. ft. living space. With three garage bays and plenty of open space, you can utilize this structure for virtually any use beyond a barn-style home.
Meridian 48' (W)
Our Meridian 40′ x 48′ is a simple yet efficient barndominium design with a 1,920 sq. ft. building footprint. Inside, clients can take advantage of a 969 sq. ft. living space and a 951 sq. ft. garage with two garage bays — each with open-ended designs.
Meridian 60' (W)
If you’re seeking ample space for your vehicles, equipment, and storage, this 40′ x 60′ structure may be the perfect solution. With 1,209 sq. ft. of living space and a 1,191 sq. ft. garage, this barndominium offers plenty of room for your prized possessions.
Meridian 72' (W)
The largest barndominium in our offering, the 40′ x 72′ structure is a substantial building solution that totals 2,880 square feet. A 1,449 sq. ft. living space provides open-ended possibilities for your home, while a 1,431 sq. ft. garage offers plenty of room for vehicles, workshopping, or anything else you envision!
