Named after the Pacific Northwest’s mightiest river, the Columbia is a classic post and beam barn design with unlimited possibilities. This gable-style barn kit is perfect for horses, vehicles, simple storage, or any number of creative uses.
The Columbia comes in five standard sizes, and with millions of possible configurations and hundreds of available options and upgrades, it can serve comfortably as a small outbuilding, a large commercial equestrian facility, or even a rustic home. Every Columbia boasts two steel-framed breezeway doors, a steel-framed hayloft door, a center aisle loft, a cupola, a 12′ shed roof, and stunning select-grade Douglas fir posts and glulam beams from the Pacific Northwest.

Columbia 24'
The fun-sized Columbia 24′ boasts a modest floor plan with an attractive design. This barn kit can comfortably house up to four garage bays or horse stalls. The Columbia 24′ comes with a center aisle loft which can be modified to include up to 864 sq. ft. of upstairs loft space—perfect for extra storage or an entertainment space where you can kick back and relax.
Columbia 36'
While small in size, the Columbia 36′ can house as many as six garage bays or horse stalls. This barn comes with a center aisle loft which can be extended to include up to 1,296 sq. ft. of second-story loft space for hay, general storage, an office, or even a small apartment.
Columbia 48'
This mid-sized Columbia 48′ barn kit is a functional and attractive structure that offers a highly adaptable layout. With 1,728 sq. ft. on the main level, the Columbia 48′ can house as many as eight garage bays or horse stalls. This barn comes with a center aisle loft that can be upgraded to a full loft to nearly double your total square footage.
Columbia 60'
The larger Columbia 60′ barn kit includes 2,160 sq. ft. on the main level, with space for up to ten garage bays or horse stalls. This barn comes with a center aisle loft that you can upgrade to a full loft to boost your square footage to 4,320 sq. ft.!
Columbia 72'
Our largest basic barn kit, the big and beautiful Columbia 72′ has room for as many as twelve garage bays or horse stalls. This barn design comes with a center aisle loft which can be expanded to include up to 2,592 sq. ft. of second-story loft space. Looking for an even bigger barn? We can do that.
