It also features a generously sized 484 sq. ft. garage and a charming 180 sq. ft. covered porch to soak in your property views.
We use traditional stick-framing and timber rafters to create a sturdy framework for your cabin that results in a spacious, unobstructed interior. With minimal structural posts to work around, you can customize the space according to your specific needs and style. Whether you’re seeking an idyllic vacation home, a warm full-time residence, or a welcoming guest house for loved ones, our Cottonwood could be the ideal fit for your property.

Our Cottonwood Cabin Kit is a single-story home designed with three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. From the covered porch, clients enter the open-concept living space, which features a modern kitchen with a large island and a great room. A door in the living area leads to the garage, providing easy access to one’s vehicles and storage. Down the hall, you’ll find three bedrooms, including a luxurious primary bedroom suite in the rear.
