Our prefab home kits come standard with everything you need to quickly and efficiently assemble your structure frame, including engineered blueprints, framing materials, siding, windows, doors, and hardware. For things like foundation labor, final roofing material, insulation, nails, and screws, you or your builder will need to source them separately. The starting price for a prefab home kit can range significantly between $120,000 and $500,000, with the model, size, and materials you choose determining where your starting price falls on this scale. To get a better idea of turnkey costs, we recommend that clients multiply the starting price of their preferred kit by 3-5 times. However, this can fluctuate based on customizations, construction costs, location, and other miscellaneous factors.

We do not offer financing. However, our experienced project coordinators are intimately familiar with the financing process and can help connect you with the right lender for your project.

We do! Our prefab home designs are backed by a 10-year limited warranty on framing materials, with this warranty starting on and after the day of your final payment.
