Absolutely! Our designers are well-versed in working with existing design plans or concepts and would love to help you turn your blueprints into a pre-engineered building package from us.

The starting price for our garage or workshop kits can range drastically, from $20,000 to $400,000, depending on the selected model, size, and materials. However, in terms of turnkey estimates, we often tell clients to expect their final cost to come out to 3-5 times the starting price of their kit, with this number fluctuating by customizations, location, construction costs, and other factors.

We do not offer financing. However, we’d be happy to help guide you through the financing process by providing suggestions for lenders or walking you through loans that our clients used in the past.

We do! Our garage and workshop kits offer a 10-year limited warranty on framing materials, starting on and after your final payment date.
