Project Summary:

Located in the adorable town of Leavenworth, Washington, this modified Shasta offers a peaceful escape within a picturesque forest setting. With a 2,538 sq. ft. garage on the main level and a three-bedroom home upstairs, this multi-use structure provides plenty of utility and comfort for our adventuresome clients.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious garage area with a mudroom, full bathroom, and a foyer. With ample room for construction equipment, snowmobiles, and vehicles, our clients can easily access and store their motorized possessions in this open garage space.

Upstairs, a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers a cozy and contemporary environment, with exposed timbers, an overhead windowed cupola, and modern lighting fixtures adding to its undeniable charm. Adding Woodtone rustic board and batten siding to their exterior and Douglas fir tongue and groove material to the shed roof and deck covers, we helped these clients create a post and beam structure with a classic rustic look. Inside, energy-efficient add-ons like Andersen windows, a windowed cupola, and Wayne Dalton garage doors help keep this structure cool in the summer months and well-insulated in the winter. With its modern fixtures and stunning timber components, this structure offers a sophisticated yet cozy setting that our clients will adore for a lifetime.
